Hi there! I am Jocelyn Zahn, an online anti-diet Holistic Health Coach and graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I work with my clients 1:1 to determine how to incorporate healthy habits into their lives as an act of self-care and self-love. I assist my clients in weeding through fad diet claims, credible research, and teach them how to nourish themselves and their lives from a non-depravation mindset. There is no “one size fits all” guide to mind/body wellness!
