Following the bright and celebratory nature of Vim and Vigor, Dreamfasting is a journey through the madness of heartbreak, and a triumphant ode to autonomy. This record was self-produced by Vim, and additional work is owed to Mike Grill of Grill-Tones and Leslie Cannon. Vim is a Boston based synth-pop project active since 2018. Starting with their debut EP, Vim, Vim has followed with 3 full length albums and has performed all around Boston and New York City. With sounds inspired by dance pop, new wave, folk, psychedelic, and electronic, and performances inspired by Lady Gaga, Madonna, and Grace Jones, Vim promises a visual feast with their shows, with sounds that will transport you to another universe. The recent addition of Logan Kramer on Keys has amplified the live show and will be an active writer and producer on future projects.
