It represents the culmination of countless hours spent on the road as part of a three-year contract that has finally reached its completion. Every sound you hear is an original creation, born from the scratchboard of ideas and innovative design techniques. 

Fueled by the rhythmic rumble of diesel engines, this piece is a theoretical journey through time and space. It delves deep into the profound concepts of tectonic shifts and mind-bending metal transformations. Each note and beat is meant to draw you into a world where the ever-changing landscapes and diverse environments echo through the music.

Existential Ideology

These are some of the recordings captured within the shop, intricately layered with the evocative vocals of Psybert. This particular session took place during some of the dock assignment on the east side of Des Moines, a location teeming with both rustic charm and urban undertones. Psybert, a cherished friend from my hometown. Set out to produce a series of videos for Psybert, capturing his unique artistic essence. This particular track plays out with the intensity and complexity of a soundtrack designed for a seasoned professional criminal, elevating the tension and drama. Imagine an entire season of a high-stakes drama where such a character takes center stage, their life unfolding in a tapestry of intrigue, suspense, and clandestine operations. The music underscores every moment, drawing listeners into a world where the lines between right and wrong blur, and one man's journey to the edge of morality is chronicled with gripping detail.

I hear you

This track was crafted and brought to life over an intense two-week period, a journey that spanned from the vibrant streets of Nashville to the lively city of San Antonio, all the way through to the bustling atmosphere of Miami. Initially conceived while en route to San Antonio to reconnect with a close friend, the creative process took place amidst a whirlwind of travel and inspiration.

The long drives turned into 3 a.m. creative marathons, where the fusion of music and kinetic energy powered the sessions. Each note and beat resonated through the vehicle's cabin, courtesy of powerful 18-inch JBL monitors and a thunderous 3000-watt subwoofer. The combination of raw emotion, relentless dedication, and the rhythmic hum of the journey itself was poured into every element of the production, making the final track a true testament to the road traveled and the memories created along the way.

This track features a blend of downtempo electronic music infused with glitch elements, creating a textured and immersive soundscape. It includes intricately layered recording sessions that were captured in various studios and locations over the road, contributing to a rich and organic feel. The Dance of smooth melodies with rhythmic disruptions offers a unique auditory experience that invites listeners to explore its intricate depths.

Another Ten Years

This is just a rough draft, but I wanted to share a glimpse of what I’ve been working on. I know it’s been a while since I’ve put out any new music, and I really appreciate everyone’s patience. I’ve been focused on refining the sound and making sure every element fits the vision behind Sound Deprivation in Theory. It’s been a process of pushing boundaries, experimenting with textures, and making sure the vibe stays true to what I want it to represent.

A True Blue EP - Intro

Uploading this render as a transient waypoint in the signal path — a place to listen from a distance and study how the framework breathes outside the main DAW environment.

This draft is still built on provisional routing and experimental patchwork: early synth iterations, unpolished modulation curves, and gain stages that haven’t been fully disciplined yet. I’m tracing the movement of the low end, mapping how the harmonics stack under different listening conditions, and watching the stereo field shift like weather across the spectrum.

It’s a sketch in motion — a roaming blueprint of ideas, textures, and unresolved frequencies. I use these out-of-studio listens to catch the subtle mechanical ghosts in the mix: phase drifts, masking artifacts, transient smudges, and the moments where the track hints at the shape it wants to become.

More refinement will come once I’m back inside the full signal chain. For now, this is the echo of the project as it evolves in transit.
