Dense Time was composed by GKO in 1985 and arranged for Elgar Sisters in 1987 and finalized in 2005 with three vocalists and a trumpet player. This is the missing title track of the Dense Time Album GKO released in 2006. Björk is accompanied by two male vocalists; Megas & Magnus from MEGAS & ÞEYR respectively. This is the 1st official release beside a video version on youtube.

Patre is based on the Icelandic national anthem. Written by GKO in 1984, it adheres to every stricture of copyright and the statutes applying to the Icelandic National Anthem. It is GKO’s ode to his country and countrymen. The piece was originally recorded in the Elgar Sessions with Björk in 1986. The text is read by Megas with words taken from GKO’s comments on magic numbers and Platonic polyhedra - along with additional words from a poem by one of Björks boyfriends (Þór Eldon)
