Oooooh man, we already know when Kenny makes a beat he wants to hop on it’s about to be some LIIIT! Sway G was supposed to be on this, but knocked out in the process. So we added our parts into the song and thought it was all that was needed. Who knows, Sway G may be on a remix. 

Kenny and me created this all from like 9:00PM-4:00AM from starting the beat, writing our lyrics, putting it on the beat and mixing it. That was our concept of how we wanted to make this song to see if we can do it in one night. This was the end product and I’m not gonna lie it’s pretty Lit 🕺🏽

ATP, an old music group formed in the good old 621 apartment. Members of ATP are known as Bravo, Big Smooth, Andgar, and Bello.  The song isn't complete but we decided to release because of the good memories behind it.

WISHES (APT)

My name is Andres Garcia, to start off, I’d love to do a collab with any artist, producer, photographer, videographer, painter, etc. because I like to think of myself as an entrepreneurial artist. And by “artist” I mean art in all formats. I’ve endeavored into forms of art and through them all I fell in love with music. I’ve modeled and had fun with it, I’ve acted and showed character, I’ve danced and proved I’m teachable. 

However, just thinking about my past and how I coordinate music with time like when Lil Wayne dropped ‘Carter III’ in 2008, I can see my young self playing COD: Black Ops or NCAA on my XBox jamming the album. Or Drake dropping ‘So Far Gone’ in 2009 being in middle school and people clowning me for being a Drake fan or even a YMCM fan because they had a “loverboy” and Wayne with supposedly “childish bars”. Shoot an honorable mention will always be Ye with “Black Skinhead”, anytime I hear that song since it came out in 2013 I knew I loved all sounds. Because this was the era of Skrillex and house music coming into the scene more. I knew I had a ear for music when I would listen to SPM, Slim Thug, Keyshia Cole, Chris Brown, Eminem, ACDC, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, etc. with my family and rap or sing it with them. Hip Hop and R&B is how I’m starting my artist career and I know I will partake in other genres without a doubt!

Through it all, I finally am able to drop some music that I can sit back and say wow I made some tracks, and even it just gets one like or one comment. I know someone, and even if it’s my friends that I force to listen to my music, is hearing my art. I will always remember pieces of how each of our songs were made, because I loved watching our producer create the beats. I admired him for how fast he could put something together for Sway G and me. I help with lyrics, I help with the sound, I help with melodies, I love just creating art. And man, let me not discredit seeing Sway G, my little cousin, grow as an artist. I’m speechless on how he can freestyle his verses and write his own sound! I love making music with Sway G and we have so much more music to come.
