As a dedication to professional DJ’ing this show for 11 years, each month, Chryophase sets showcase the incredibly diverse and yet single genre of Minimal Techno played across a 2 hour set.

Chryophase creates unique music for the listener with sampling and remixing continuously across multiple decks to play them continuosly over each other in real time. Chryophase supports a huge range of producers and labels, some regular and many more are first time played on my show, yet all are supported as they deserve it, for a lot of up and coming new artists / producers as Chryophase finds them via various music platforms, he always ensures include a playlist to assist other DJ’s and producers to identify tracks via beatport codes on my monthly shows to credit their productions.

The original mix and instrumental version showcase the seamless synergy between Kirwan, Lucas Ramos, and Juan Fernandez, blending hypnotic grooves with heartfelt vocal lines. Meet Frenz Cook, hailing from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Drawn to the art of DJing by the rhythmic beats of dance music from the States and the UK in the 80s, my journey began with inspiration from illicit radio broadcasts in The Hague, Leiden, and Amsterdam. Transitioning from those clandestine beginnings, I eventually hosted my own Dance program on a local radio station.

In 1992, I embarked on my first DJ gig, immersing myself in the pulsating world of dance. From packed clubs hosting 900 visitors on weekends to a decade-long stint as a resident DJ, until 2009.

My hiatus lasted until 2016, the allure of my passion proved irresistible, prompting a return in 2017.

Currently, I blend vibrant summer house vibes with a techno edge, seamlessly incorporating deep house, soulful beats, deep funk, and the chill ambiance of beach house. Join me on various streaming platforms and catch my live performances at restaurants and, come summer, at a beach club here in the Netherlands.
