In the first episode, Marines hear from members of the United States Air Force Women's Initiative Team (WIT) about what the WIT is and how it helps to identify and break down barriers to female Airmen success.   Their motto of "Get Sh*t Done" is their call to action for all members and for the Service.  They are not interested in admiring the problem, they want non-mission-essential barriers removed so women in uniform can prosper.
