Hi, I am Alan. I am 25, a podcast host/youth worker from Dublin, Ireland. I have a degree in Social studies. I love gaming, sports and I am an advocate for mental health. I originally started doing Just Man Up because I wanted to help people with what I've learned through my own mental health battles and I want to normalize the conversation around mental health using laughter.  I was voted 2003's funniest boy of the class. (best achievement)

Just Man Up started as a Podcast which focused on Men's well-being and mental health but has developed into a community/group that does a podcast but also creates videos on YouTube and live streams on Twitch.

Now Just Man Up has a group of over 30 supportive and sound men who meet up regularly in Dublin and are trying to bring about positive change in how people view Mental health.  We meet up and have a whatsapp group.  We prioritize using humor and keeping connected to one another.  If this interests you let me know!
