This track often lingers in and around frequencies that are vulnerable to negative thought patterns and aspire to encourage the meditator to confront with the ideas and feelings which foster and strengthen anxiety. Whereby, the soothing tones and frequencies implemented within the track provide for pathways in which the meditator can let go of the identified negativeness and find a way to a more peaceful and efficient state of mind.

Anahata depicts the flow of energy in between the grids those are forming the pathways between the body, the mind and the soul. The track is fueled by the concept and frequency of the Heart Chakra - the main grid - and then weaves its way via brief but concise flows through other chakra pools, mimicking the Prana's journey and alterations;  thus stimulating a state of mind ready and open to observe without interference or interruption, and have a glimpse of the intrinsic of life, time and being.

We have designed this track as an ambient sound-scaping to create a setting of an underwater sanctuary as well as a feeling of being able to breath underwater; interwining the perceived reality with an indefinite number of possible realities. For meditation purposes, Sunken is specifically focused on the Sacred Chakra. The structuring and coordination of the sounds within aim to enable smooth transitions between the levels of consciousness, thus enhance and catalyze the meditation experience.

Transmute aims to create attention by focusing the power of the conscious mind below to the surface of one’s Being. The track encourages a journey to the inner thoughts -often hidden or overlooked- in order to get a view of the emotions sprouting therefrom. Transmute uses the frequency of the Root Chakra for an unbiased point of origin, while the Tibetian bells interlaced with the sounds help promote the grounded awakeness. Meanwhile, the embedded tones pave a path to deeper levels of the Being.
