There seems to be a lot of noise but much of it is the wind, not on the microphones but on the trees' leaves.  Normally I would not keep or upload it but here, the tree leaves, I think it's OK.  I like the way they move like a living organism.  It's more irregular than ocean waves for example.

That's just on the other side of La Ronde (I think the name has changed, was purchased by Six Flags maybe twenty years ago, and then by another since then, I'm not sure), an amusement park where they shoot firecrackers far up in the air, rockets actually. (See "Gigantic Popcorn" among my other field recordings)

These are sounds made by the dehumidifier, recorded with a Zoom H4n, in the practice studio, in the Summer of 2010.

The only modifications of the sound I made were fade-ins and fade-outs, and normalisation at -0.5 dB.  The volumes were all relatively high before I normalised so very little was changed.

The United States, along with Israel and Russia are rogue states.  The invasion of Venezuela under false pretenses is to be condemned by all.  Until the foreseeable future I will no longer repost any track from accounts claiming to be from the United States.  I cannot verify each one so to be fair this will not affect accounts that are based in that country but do not display in their profile page.  I hope this can be short lived and that internal pressures will bring things back to normal.  I am truly sorry to all my American friends who disapprove their government's actions and are stuck with it against their will.  That was essentially my policy with Russia and Israel so I don't see why it should be different here.  The idea that the stronger, richer countries and those possessing nuclear arsenals should be free to do whatever they want is abhorrent.  I am not interested to live in a world ruled by bullies.  They should all be confronted and stopped by all of us.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
