Lyrics:
A tingling itch, a whisper beneath my skin. It started subtly, a curious sensation. Then, flakes began to fall, like snow in summer. My reflection was a stranger’s, a luminous being emerging from beneath the familiar.


With each layer shed, a deeper peace settled in. The world transformed, sharp edges softened by a golden light. Forests became cathedrals, their ancient hearts speaking volumes. Beside still waters, I found solace, my soul mirroring the sun’s dance.


Then came the moment of pure radiance. My body, a vessel of light, hummed with a cosmic melody. Fear, a lifelong companion, dissolved. In its place, a knowing, a deep-rooted connection to something vast and eternal. I was no longer me, but a soul unveiled, shedding endlessly to reveal the divine within.

The feeling of being is a sort of spectrum. Just as light is at one end red, and at the other end violet. And you have to have these extremes in order to have colour at all, in order to know light.
So you see, likewise, we have to have the experience that there is somebody else, something else going on, altogether out of our control, in order to have the experience of being me.

The feeling of being is a sort of spectrum.
Why do you think you have to have something to depend on?
So, we get finally, not quite finally, to the void.
That which is void is precisely the world of form. That which is precisely form is the void.
And.. what then?
When you get to the void, there is an enormous and unbelievable sense of relief. That's Nirvana.

You mustn't cling to the void. You have to void the void. And so, the void of non-void is the great state, as it were.
The feeling of being is a sort of spectrum.

You cannot nail a peg into the sky. And so, to be a man of the sky, a man of the void, is also called a man not depending on anything.
And when you're not hung on anything, you are the only thing which isn't hung on anything, which is the universe.

Resiliencia Vol. 1 es un compilado de IME, el gremio de artistas electrónicos independientes de Chile, que se unieron en un esfuerzo conjunto para crear un fondo de asistencia tras el estallido social y el COVID-19. 

¿Qué está pasando en Chile en el sector de la música?
El estallido social que hemos vivido en Chile desde Octubre de 2019, y el actual estado de emergencia, toque de queda y cuarentena decretada por la amenaza del Covid-19, ha generado el cese casi absoluto de la actividad profesional ligada a la música. Datos recientes de una encuesta realizada desde el sector de la música independiente, reflejan que desde el brote de Coronavirus en Chile se han cancelado al menos 91,1% de los eventos y producciones musicales, junto con el cierre de clubes y bares.
 
¿Cómo afecta a IME?
Han sido 6 duros meses de incertidumbre para el trabajo de nuestrxs artistas, que en su gran mayoría no cuentan con contratos de trabajo permanente y que viven principalmente de sus presentaciones y shows en vivo. Expertos en políticas sanitarias apuntan a que los eventos musicales y deportivos no volverán hasta al menos septiembre de 2021. 
 
¿Qué está haciendo IME?
Hoy, como medida de asistencia para lxs miembrxs de nuestro gremio, estamos levantando esta campaña para crear un fondo de asistencia de apoyo a aquellxs que tengan mayor riesgo financiero.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
