This talk is one of myriad favorites. I’ve probably listened to it 25 times in the last 25 years. It literally changed my life when I first heard it. If more people could adopt this deep philisophy of compassion, there would be much less suffering.

The Gong Meditation can be Spiritual Experience and sensation of ecstatic feeling of well being and true abundance. According to ancient philosophy, sudden realization of spiritual knowledge (spontaneous philosophical insight) is the greatest healer for the ills of humanity’s existence.
Different tones of the Gongs resonate in different part of the body, can be felt in different physical sensations. The Sound from the Gongs, fullness of resonance slows down the brain rhythms to alpha and theta frequencies.
  

Lay down or sit with your spine straight in good posture,
Way that your body can have moment of deep relaxation.
Listen the Meditation with your whole body and bring your focus to your hearth it automatically helps you get centered with yourself, it helps you come to the present moment and experience the abundance within.
Let your breath be soft and gentle, don’t force it, let it flow.
If there comes thoughts, let this thoughts come and let this thoughts go, always bringing back your focus on the sound of the Gongs and into your breathing.
