The Greek-based duo Twiins return to the fold with a two-track release that once again confirms their status as deep groove architects. Following a string of finely crafted EPs, What They Gave Us / True Romance delivers a hypnotic blend of rhythm, soul, and forward momentum unmistakably Twiins, unmistakably Solide.

"What They Gave Us" opens the record with a warm, pulsating energy: dusty chord stabs, syncopated hats, and a vocal loop that feels both nostalgic and urgent. It’s a slow-burning roller that builds patiently, layering groove upon groove with tactile precision. This is club music with heart introspective, yet fully functional.

On the flip, "True Romance" stretches into more seductive terrain. Lush pads wash over an infectious bassline while tight percussive patterns keep things moving. There’s a cinematic quality here a sense of late-night cityscapes and neon-lit emotions that balances perfectly with the track’s dancefloor drive.
As with all Twiins productions, there's no excess only what’s essential. These are tracks that groove hard without shouting, drawing you in deeper with every bar. Designed for the club, but made to last far beyond the night.
