THE MAIN POINTS
Anyone can apply these steps to help them succeed in life.
You have to be very specific with what you want. This has psychological benefits as well, which we won’t even notice. Don’t set vague goals.
You will have to sacrifice something if you want to gain something else. Don’t always look for “free” answers, or shortcuts. Big results require big sacrifices. Be honest with what you can give up
Set a timeline so you will force yourself to work harder to meet that timeline / deadline. Our work will match the timeline we set for it. Be reasonable
Create an action plan, thinking of each necessary action you need to take. Spend a lot of time on this step, making sure you are finding all the resources you need
Write this plan down, including all 6 steps. We need to get very clear with the plan and solidify on paper.
Read this plan to yourself, aloud, 2x a day. In the morning and in the evening before bed. This helps you stay focused and motivated.
