The name born , from his view,  that human culture which has always eventually used an SOS , method in the past. is now going to need an SOOS , with the magnification of cultural and economic challenges inevitably on the horizon , as he sees it.

Through this mindset ,we could need to call SOOS , like we will need double the help in human full scope.
