Good Drums... But it's reverb is not fitting the overall atmosphere, IMHO.

Longest Short Journey (HY-Mono)

Well, this one ended up being longer than I anticipated and I apologize for that.  Since I know they don't sound as nice as I would like I try to keep them short so the listener does not have to suffer through listening for too long.  But it sounded lopsided if I ended it before the 'crash'.

One thing I could not get to work was the bass in the ending.  I was trying for the bass being far away, but it ended up sounding like the bass was stuck in a burlap sack.  The bass conflicted badly with the toms and I wanted the percussive effect of the toms retained and the bass falling back fit with the song's story.  Still sounds wonky though.

As usual any and all comments are welcome.  If you don't like the song please tell me why.  If something could be improved (and I know much could be) please give some suggestions of how to improve.
While it may not seem like it in the final result, I do actually try to listen to and implement feedback suggestions.  I just haven't figured out how to execute all the suggestions yet.
