I turned the clear sky on the day I went out for a meal with a friend into this song. That day, there was a heavy downpour, and the rain ambience used in the track was recorded on that very day.

I hope you can listen to it as if you were taking a deep breath on a slightly tiring day.

This track is a minimalist yet experimental piece of electronica, featuring pianos in different time signatures with reverse playback and glitch elements.

Inspired by a solo trip to Aichi, it reflects the beauty and solitude I experienced—elderly stray cats by the sea, dawn breaking over the horizon, and the quiet charm of a harbor town.

Sunsets and sunrises share a similar beauty, which I expressed through contrasting piano rhythms.

I hope this track offers a moment of reflection and calm, like gazing at a peaceful landscape.

This is a melancholic piece of electronica. It combines reverse playback with industrial sound elements, and the vocals are a bit harder than in my usual tracks.

Life isn’t always about staying positive. This track sings of those struggles, and I hope it can offer solace to those still wandering in the darkness.

I turned my sea voyage experiences into a song. During a cruise where we attended a performance of the opera Carmen onboard, the instrumental part was performed by a small trio. The instrumentation in this track is exactly the same as that ensemble’s configuration. Additionally, the French lyrics in the song are taken from Carmen’s dialogue.

It is a dramatic piece that sings about love, featuring a melody that sways like gentle waves. I hope it evokes a refreshing and nostalgic feeling, much like basking in the sea breeze on the deck.

'ouka' means cherry blossoms in Japanese. Through finely chopped, looped, and reversed sounds, I hope you can feel the invisible, eternal flow of time they represent.

In this EP includes “Someday (Reworked 2017)”, a reworked version produced by Akira Kosemura, is filled with a mystical atmosphere and floating feeling, “Sphere” is a polyphonic ensemble track played with synthesizer and electric piano, “Stillness of the Holy Place” is a piano solo improvisation music which is live recorded at church, and “Someday (Original version). I am a singer / electronic music artist from Tokyo living with dissociative amnesia. Due to my condition, my concentration and stamina have weakened, making it difficult to sing or do desk work as I once did. Even so, I continue to create music. This process is my own form of healing, and I pray that my songs may become an umbrella, shielding someone from the rain of sorrow and suffering that pours down on them.
