Inspire is about the birth of a warlord obsessed with beauty in death. As a child, he could not handle his imperialistic, warmongering family and their abusive training and rituals. Upon another failed attempt due to his compassion, he was thrown in a pit of snakes, where he fainted from panic.

He fell into a dream, where he found a shadow figure of himself, the id, trying to kill a dove, the superego. The id explained that the child was capable of anything, beyond their imagination, and that the only thing in the way was compassion. The id was cunning, and the hesitating child was convinced to kill the dove, for only the ego has that power. Upon doing so, the id then consumed the ego, and upon consciousness, the child was completely devoid of compassion, and nothing but the indomitable will to exact his wrath.

THE SWEEPS - Home Without Love (Disco Remix by Neo Romantic)

I've been experimenting a lot lately with odd time signatures, and trying to create appealing musical patterns using unconventional math constraints. For this track, I gave myself an initial challenge: Instead of 8 segments per measure, each measure was only allotted 7 segments, before it would move to the next 7 segment measure and so on. This created an odd obstacle however, of how to create an appealing rhythmic beat that didn't sound too choppy. To emphasize the oddness of this tracks structure and to show how each chord group is made of 28 total segments(28 / 4 = 7), I did some things with the over all tempo, and added a vocal countdown.
