Our next 2-track release on Tronic is coming from the enigmatic duo The YellowHeads.  The first track of the EP is “Vertize” and features fat chords, big room drums and that hypnotic house vibe to it while the second track “Grow” is a more jacking and percussive piece using more edgy chords. Excellent release all around! Enjoy it and play it loud!

<p>The YellowHeads make their phobiq debut with a whopping four tracks and get right to the point with the cavernous &#8220;Abbey&#8221; where melancholic chords lead the way and diva vocals are interspersed in great style. On &#8220;Give Me A Chance&#8221;, we are introduced to a modulated riff and streamlined synths in the background, while rocksteady drums provide the intense momentum. Then it&#8217;s time for some heads-down action with &#8220;Tyson&#8221;, which lets a stomping kick lead the way to a synth-led breakdown and features vocal snippets directly related to the title. Closing up, the boys hit hard with &#8220;Back To School&#8221;, a more dubbed-out affair with loopy sensibilities and big, old-school (pun intended) chords.</p>

Take a minute and go over Eric Sneo's work. We doubt you'll ever find a more diverse producer in today's world of techno. From soft electronica delights to 140 bpm hard techno monsters, Sneo has it all. However, it seems that in Transmit he feels right at home. His current release, Number of The Beast, is a beautiful play in which darkness battles light. His own original track is a disturbing piece, loaded with powerful elements bound to dim the lights on every dance floor. Percussion queen ANNA adds her own interpretation to it - brighter, but with a much more demanding rhythm. Somewhere in the middle, you'll find the remix of The Yellowheads remaining faithful to the disturbing darkness, yet adding their own scary bassy elements alongside a groove that you could never imagine to fit in there. And here we are again, another Transmit Recording EP that equips you with everything you ever wanted to play in a club".
