Am I trippen or is Jorge infantilizing Calypso in the musical, when it's clearly stated in the Odyssey that she raped him, weird? Especially when he made Antinous plan to gang rape Penelope in hold them down, when he did no such thing in the Odyssey? Idk why I find it weird really. It's just strange that he erased the worst thing she's done so she can be this child goddess who just wants to be loved as if she's not evil. And the unnecessary demonization of Antinous.
