After Odysseus’s and Circe’s confrontation, Circe agrees to help Odysseus and his crew get to The Underworld to search for Tiresias, the blind prophet, who may have the answer on how Odysseus can return home.

There Are Other Ways

Odysseus and crew sail through the Underworld, shocked by what they find.

The Underworld

Tiresias, the blind prophet, gives Odysseus vague and grave news about whether he will ever make it home.

No Longer You

Odysseus reflects on his journey, and considers the conflicting philosophies of Polites and Poseidon. Finally, he realizes what he must become. The fact this is in the middle of the musical shows the plot is reaching the “climax”.

Monster

Odysseus has a conversation with a siren who is disguised as his wife, Penelope, and tricks her into giving him the way home through Scylla’s lair.

Suffering

Odysseus confronts the monstrous sirens that attempted to kill him, and follows through on his new ruthless nature by showing them the monster they unleashed.

Odysseus sacrifices six of his men to pass through Scylla’s domain.

Scylla

Eurylochus starts a mutiny against Odysseus, after the latter fled from Scylla instead of fighting, and sacrificed 6 men.

Mutiny

Zeus gives Odysseus an ultimatum after Eurylochus and the rest of his crew killed Helios' cattle; sacrifice himself or his crew.

Thunder Bringer

Telemachus, son of Odysseus and Prince of Ithaca, dreams about his chance to be a legend like his father. He also discusses the suitors, who are trying to romance Penelope to get the crown.

Legendary

Telemachus takes on the suitors but is brutally beaten.
