A wide-ranging four-tracker from Sunner Soul here. The summery, Spanish-vocalled 'Disco Estrada' - all fat bass and disco guitar chops - kicks us off, followed by the sumptuous, string-laden 'Make My Dreams', the EP's most authentically 70s-sounding jam with its handclaps and chorus'd vox. We then take something of a left turn with the self-explanatory 'Jazz With Friends', before 'Between Moods', which bites Snoop's vocal from Tha Eastsidaz' 'Ghetto', plays us out in hazy, lo-fi hip-hop mode. Yours truly will admit to being a fan generally but with this EP, the St Petersburg native has truly excelled himself.
