Exploring the themes of 'Mother Nature' as a living breathing entity, the intriguing forests of the world, and how we should make more of an effort, small and daily, large and for our lifetimes, to take care of the very things that give us our existence.

Made between December 16th and May 3rd 2022, using piano, voice, bass, drums, several field recordings in Orlová Cz, no 'Paulstretch' and lots of manipulations and layering.

I hope you will step away from reality for an hour and let my sounds and nature guide your brain and feelings. I promise it is a warming, fulfilling trip once you are inside.

so, what i remembered,
um- like this moment
where i could either face the consequences of my actions,
because it was my fault,
and the consequences were going to be bad
it was gonna be really, really bad

or i had the choice of doing a do-over,
but i could be transported to a different reality
i could stay in this reality,
or i run the risk of accepting the do-over
but not being being able to remain in this reality

but it's like it was a gamble, and i chose
and i basically gambled my life
and i should have accepted reality as it is
and not tried to, like, change it
because i lost everything
and... it wasn't worth it

people get upset that bad things happen,
or even that they caused bad things to happen
and they wish that they had gone back and done things differently
or there were no consequences to it
but you don't know that it's like- well the bad things happen
but maybe that was the best case scenario
and we have this idea that maybe if that hadn't happened,
we would be okay
but maybe that's not the case

Since I've been listening to the tapes - and that's been about five months now - I've found that I have had, um, better opportunity, I've become better organized... I can push myself better, much more motivated... I can see changes of things that I wanted to become, and I knew I had to work on. The tapes have made that possible.

The effectiveness of this program can be increased by daily reading and repeating of the enclosed printed subliminal messages.
