Ila Richardson was placed at Aspen House (Loveland, CO) in November 2015.  Fifteen months later, she passed away after sustaining a severe head injury at the facility.  She suffered from neglect, over-medication, and numerous falls and injuries.  During April and May of 2016, I recorded several phone conversations with her, documenting some of the incidents.
