Disquiet Junto Project 0604: Heaven’s Gate 

I used a video on YT as a live score.

I divided the screen into 5 parts.
Each part is linked to an instrument channel.
Every time a cloud enters or leaves one of the 5 areas it activates a trigger/gate.

1)	Guzheng/Percussion kit
2)	Harp Harmonic - wood
3)	Prepared Kalimba
4) 	Percussion kit 2
5)	Contrabass col legno

As sound binder I used a loop generated by Reaktor (TG-8H Live by Rick Scott)

The track is a very mechanical walk, created by generative sequencers. The sounds, as in recent times, are percussive / acoustic.
Ergo very short sound envelope in order not to saturate ears and acoustic field.

Regarded as the father of contemporary haiku, Masaoka Shiki was a poet and literary critic during the Meiji period Japan.

He advocated realistic observation by “sketching” (shasei) poems and going out into nature with notebooks, thus abandoning the traditional subjects of haiku of the time. His advice for an aspiring poet was, “Use both imaginary pictures and real ones, but prefer the real ones.”

The Early Pleistocene saw the initiation of the glacial-interglacial cycles that characterize the Quaternary Ice Age.
The climate became increasingly variable, with repeated advances and retreats of ice sheets.
Forests persisted in some regions, but open grasslands and tundra zones expanded during glacial periods, drastically altering habitats.
A key milestone, representing one of the earliest species of the genus Homo, capable of long-distance migration and possibly the use of fire.
The earliest glacial advances began to sculpt landscapes, impacting habitats and migration routes.
Early humans migrated out of Africa into Eurasia.
The genus Homo appeared during this epoch, with species such as Homo habilis and Homo erectus emerging, showcasing significant evolutionary advances in brain size and tool use.
