Dolly was talking about how our brilliant Homeland Security had seen fit to hold the suspected terrorist, Yusuf Islam, at the airport and force him to return to his native England the next morning, ruining the plan for them to make music together.  Yep, that's right.  They deported Cat Stevens, the maker of Peace Train, as a suspected terrorist.  And why not?  This generous peaceful soul was sporting a beard, wearing a thobe and had Islam in his name, after all!!
Dolly's comment was exquisite, as usual, "You just don't walk on the hearts of angels!"  
I could write a dozen albums just following her around for a day or two and running with her hooks!  And that's how this song came to exist.  You'll recognize the clear nod to brother Yusuf in the vocal styling.     Hope you enjoy... and Cat & Dolly, if you happen to hear it, get in touch?  I've been playing Father & Son from my teens all the way now into my 60... it's my honor to have written this one for the both of you!

Her husband got laid off at the mill today
