Nur Fara Azira Binti Yusri atau lebih dikenali dengan panggilan “Fara Hezel” merupakan anak ke-3 daripada 10 orang adik-beradik dan beliau juga adalah kakak kepada penyanyi yang sedang popular pada masa ini iaitu “Aiman Tino”. Beliau berumur 21tahun (2017) dan menetap di Kuala Kubu Bharu,Selangor. Beliau telah disunting oleh syarikat rakaman “Aries music” pada awal bulan May 2017.

Single pertama Fara Hezel iaitu “Setiaku Pasti” telah dilancarkan pada 19 May 2017 di Youtube di bawah channel “Aries Music”. Single ini adalah hasil ciptaan oleh ibubapa beliau sendiri, lagu dicipta oleh bapa beliau iaitu A.C.K manakala penulis lirik adalah ibu beliau iaitu Riena. Single ini menceritakan tentang luahan perasaan sayang seseorang kepada pasangannya. Dia ingin pasangannya mengetahui betapa penting pasangannya itu bagi dirinya. Biar beribu rintangan dan ujian yang melanda dalam hubungannya, dia tetap akan setia bersama.
