Global Lawyer Critical Analysis: 
This podcast demonstrates that pro bono needs to be better facilitated by large international law firms as currently, firms are under increased pressure to provide work pro bono. The problem centres around firms lack of cultural competency when providing work pro bono. Through a case study about DLA Piper's 'New Perimeter' project in Kosovo, the problems are revealed. Solutions arise by understanding the local perspective, which points to an unbundling of legal services and innovative technology.
