After several digital Compilations, Lehmann Musik now kicks off their Vinyl Series with a powerful EP from David Löhlein that sets out its techno intentions from the off. EINS is the first release after his VIA TAYA Album and shows again his dance floor focussed side.

Barracuda is straight up techno with turbocharged bass and high speed drums. The vocals are edgy and bring the soul, while trance-like synths lock you in. Astro is another high intensity roller with slippery synths and caustic textures next to dark male spoken word vocals. 

Skyra is a more silky and funked up techno number that'll get you on your toes with its cosmic synth lines and hammering drums. It's a really headsy cut with great designs. Last of all is Dominica, another classy and uplifting techno track with pinging drums, steamy female vocals and an alluring techno groove. 

This is fresh as you like techno from what is sure to be a vital new label.

Known for his pivotal role in the Acid Techno sub-genre revival through his label, Involve Records, Regals latest work revisits the genres essence while infusing it with a fresh, modern twist.

Under his ACIDBOY alias, his latest album, The Final Chapter, is a nostalgic and forward-looking expression of an artist who has grown and adapted but remains true to his core musical identity. The first single The Final Chapter is a hard-hitting Acid Techno mayhem, characterized by an iconic 303 melody developing throught the track that brings the whole room to shake. Stuttgart’s David Löhlein has been involved in electronic music for a number of years and launched his Vision Ekstase event in his hometown of Stuttgart before providing the inaugural release on the newly formed label which picked up support from the likes of Ben Sims, Luke Slater, Efdemin and many more established names within the techno world. David now invites remixes from Mote-Evolver artist Rene Wise, Planet Rhythm producer VIL and Vision Ekstase residents Rove Ranger and Fabian Wegmeth.
Rene Wise’s remix of ‘Altai’ is a rolling techno shaker featuring revolving percussion, shimmering bass grooves and the hypnotic vocal from the original floating above before Rove Ranger’s Gothic remix deploys sharp hitting drums, fierce modulated tones and haunting leads underneath.
On the flip, VIL’s ‘Red Code’ remix makes way for vibrant, clap-heavy rhythms, driving modulations and resounding frequencies keeping the energy flowing while Fabian Wegmeth’s remix rounds things off with industrial sounding sonics peppered with machine-like synth whirls, menacing oscillations and shrieking soundscapes throughout.
