Welcome to Earth, Population = Unknown.

Five years ago BANE descended upon the earth with a fury known only to the gods. In the span of a week, he decimated our cities and left the earth a scorched, barren wasteland. Half of the earths population joined him on the final day, taking to the skies for the long journey to the promised Utopia. But for those left behind the nightmare has just begun.

Upon leaving, BANE poisoned the atmosphere with a substance known only as Nightmare Fuel. Those who remain spend their days cowering in fear, horrors and nightmares known only to them torment them day after day. And those that don’t go Insane, put a swift end to their suffering in the form of a bullet to the head.

Kota, is one of the last remaining humans with his sanity intact. He lives in the London Underground, Heathrow Terminal 5 Station. But after his home his invaded by something in the night. He is forced to flee, his journey takes him through the abandoned, empty shell of the London Underground. In search of a new home. 

Returning from an expedition to the cold, snow covered surface in search of food and supplies, accompanied by his faithful companion, a dog named Sam. Kota arrives home to Terminal 5........

As Kota and Sam evacuate Terminal 5, they find themselves trapped in an infinite train, full of the dead, and the trapped. These Patient Ones - the corpses of necronym - are the only hope Kota has of escaping the endless tunnel of carriages alive, but their help is cryptic at best, Kota must figure out how to escape with only five words to guide him;
'Go Fast, You must arrive'

If Kota cannot escape the train, if he cannot figure out the meaning behind the patient's words. He will die and become a hollow corpse, waiting for salvation that will never come, with the rest of the Patient Ones.

Kota dreams, of the days before the BANE war, he dreams of his wife and son and the horrors of the eve of utopia. He wishes not to remember them leaving, how he watched them fly off into the stars and leave him behind. But something is different about this dream. 
BANE has a message for him.

Kota awakens from his dream of the past, he's no longer at Hatton Cross, instead he finds himself lying in a shallow pool of water, his pack and supplies are gone. A small figure hunches over a fire in front of him sharpening a knife. The figure is a child, a young boy no older than 13. His features are hardened by the sight of horrors known only to him. 

He may be a child, but this is no innocent young boy. This is a potentially dangerous warrior and Kota had better be on his guard.

Kota, Liam and Sam have arrived at Kings Cross. But they are met with something they never expected, rather than a station full of half insane cannibals, they have encountered a organized cult who call themselves 'The Order of Two' 

Our hero's find themselves confronted by the cult's maniacal leader Father Andreas, its clear to them almost immediately that the good father is no friend to them, as they turn to leave one of Andreas' men fires an arrow at them, it misses but its all the cue Kota needs.

As Kota, Liam and Sam fight there way fist to fist, sword to sword through the Order's hordes of warriors, its left to Kota to face Father Andreas. Two men, two swords, only one will ever leave The Tunnel.

BANE is an underground electronic artist/group hailing from the deepest depths of uncharted space.
It was first discovered in 1996 when a young NASA intern discovered a strange signal coming from the direction of Andromeda, yet it was obvious to them that this odd cacophony of sounds was coming from a place far, far further that that.

Over the years, dozens of signals have been intercepted, recorded and logged. To be scrutinised by thousands of people for thousands of hours. But it wasn't until early 2018 that the first of these signals was deciphered.

The origins of these signals are still unknown, many have begun to call it the BANE of their existence. But its true name may never be found. What we do know, is that something is coming, and we can't possibly be less ready for it.
