This track is about the use of taxpayer funds to subjugate people around the world. What devastation is inflicted in our name and what is our responsibility in that regard? What is the definition of a terrorist state? Doesn't it have to do with inflicting fear upon people who differ from us culturally etc? Anyway, pretty sure this silly art has very little if any power to change peoples minds in this country.

What about a steersman? Is someone who is a steersman in the correct sense, a sailor or someone who is in charge of sailors?

theory, whether in the machine or in the animal, by the name
Cybernetics, which we form from the Greek χυβερνήτης or steers-
man.

For he is not called a steersman based on his sailing, but based on his skill, and the fact that he is in charge of the sailors.

This method of control, which we may call control by informative
feedback, is not difficult to schematize into a mechanical form and
may well be worthwhile employing in practice. We have a compensator for our effector, and this compensator has a characteristic which
may be varied from outside.

Isn’t the steersman too, in the precise sense, also someone who rules over sailors, but is not a sailor?
So a steersman and ruler of this sort won’t consider and command what’s advantageous to the steersman, but to the sailor, the person whom he rules over.
