Daniel Dez is a DJ and electronic music producer hailing from Valparaíso, Chile, whose eclectic sound blends elements of minimal house, UK garage, progressive house, and acid. Known for crafting dynamic and emotional DJ sets, Daniel has become one of the most promising artists of the Chilean underground scene, with a growing international ambition, especially towards Europe.

Inspired by names like Enzo Siragusa, Locklead, Chris Stussy, and Traumer, his sound is deeply shaped by the UK and Amsterdam scenes—merging groove-driven rhythms with atmospheric textures and a forward-thinking approach to club music. As a DJ, Daniel stands out for his versatile music selection and ability to read the dancefloor, building eclectic journeys across genres with precision and intention.

Daniel’s path began with music production in 2020, drawn by the creative freedom of sound design. Soon after, he started playing live and honed his craft in clubs across Chile. Notable milestones include his set at Parklive Festival, where he shared the stage with Josh Butler and Nic Fanciulli, and his performance at the PIV Records showcase during the summer of 2025, opening the day alongside names like Prunk, Jamback, and Kellie Allen.

As a producer, Daniel has released various EPs, with two recent ones reflecting his current direction: “Cycles”, an independent Bandcamp release featuring the dual minimal tracks “Lunar Síntesis” and “Solar Síntesis”; and “Filthy from the Ground”, released on emerging UK label Technik, showcasing a powerful blend of garage energy and melodic atmospheres rooted in the European sound.

Currently, Daniel is part of the curatorial team behind ROX THE HOUSE, where he will soon take on the role of A&R for their new record label. Deeply committed to sharing the music he loves, Daniel Dez continues to shape his artistic identity—connecting with passionate crowds on the dancefloor, both in his home country and across the globe.
