Celebrating his second release on the label, OB continues with a strong headwind - giving us an A-side of shiny liquid bangers whilst using the B-side to flex the darker corners of his production 


‘Embers’ and ‘Lonely People’ are 2 glowers that lie on the emotional end of the spectrum - spacious, drifting, and a surefire route to get a crowd floating. Flipping the record over, the spectrum is dominated by a kinetic chain of twitching percussion sections and erratic low end power. 


With both sides being stellar in their own regard, it is difficult to pick a favourite. Who says we can’t have it all?

Octopods are one of earth’s most intriguing inhabitants. They come in many shapes and sizes, they’re skilful hunters and the ultimate masters of disguise. They can squeeze into seemingly impossible tiny spaces, instantly change colour and texture to camouflage themselves, or even mimic other creatures like aquatic shapeshifters. Octopuses’ survival is threatened by human fishing activity - overfishing means there’s less prey for them to eat, and they’re often accidentally killed in trawler nets. Skyline Frequencies

In the concrete jungle Brisbane, Reegze is known for his adaptiveness when it comes to niche genres of underground music including Dubstep, Halftime & Jungle/Dnb.

First influenced in 2015 by underground music festivals such as Tropical Bloom, Mushroom Valley and Happy Daze Reegze has found himself behind the decks at handful of Festivals/Raves such as Earth Frequency, Archaic Gathering, Spring Campout, Swampy Conscience & Renegade Playground.

As he followed the DNB to BNE in 2019 he has consistently developed a wide range of experience from DJing across South East Queensland and supporting the likes of S.P.Y, General Levy, DJ Hybrid, Whiney, Mrs Magoo, P Money, Unglued, The Upbeats, Delta Heavy, and Zombie Cats just to name his favorites.

Fast forward to now Reegze is continuing to find ways to improve and diversify his tune selections alongside sharing his addiction to bass music.
