shitty tuesday is a rap duo that I made with skinnytoe. We had some songs that had more of a rave sound, so I decided to include this one which was more slept on and has a rave sound. The beat here samples “Around the World (La La La La La)” by A Touch of Class in the melody. May-Z is a friend of ours that was on another shitty tuesday song and made a remix of one of my songs, “synthetic” and the verse she made for that is now being used here. Part of her verse is also in Spanish, so it was perfect to include in this mix since it has multiple different languages.

Description:
“ESKVPE 1: Living Legend” is an electronic music made that I put together by mashing together electronic beats with songs that I like from various sources. The idea kinda came from how I would be aux at functions while one of my roommates would have ambient music muted on the TV, so the visuals of those mixes would still be on in the background. That’s the purpose of it being accompanied by this YouTube video, it is meant to played on a TV, but that’s not necessary. The idea for this also came from listening to dj sets as I was really starting to listen to more techno music. Specifically dj sets of artists that I like featuring upcoming songs in them was a very cool idea to me. KEIN NETZ im Klub and Augen are both songs that I’ve made more recently, but are apart of an upcoming project. I’ve also wanted to step into this kind of music since 2021 when I was really into Grimes and Crystal Castles and have just needed a few years of consuming more and more of that music and to build up my own skill and style within rap music. All of this came together to create ESKVPE, a series of mixes to create an undoubtedly Kid K experience that features music that I love and that influences music that I work on.
