1st section recorded with the iRig HD. 2nd half with my old iRig (line level). Well as expected, a whole lot of noise was eliminated by the iRig HD since it no longer records at a line level. Just had to do this before I hit the sack, will be doing more  tests soon. Soon might mean a few weeks. All I know is that the preliminary tests has exposed the old iRig's major flaw... Line level recording = WHOLE LOTTA NOISE.. Will find out more once I do dry recording tests. I just emptied a liter of brandy with the lil'  brother and I honestly can't see shit. Need to go to bed,.
