Back in film class of 2021 I did a project of creating a fictional TV show intro using macro lenses to film various objects and abstract shots. This was a variation on a prior show intro concept I composed in 2019.

Time Warp Intro

A hard-hitting, explosive track originally written for an animation project, giving it a unique sound and structure. 

The rebels have breached the council chamber. A cloud of vibrant pink erupts from the room. The council members violently thrash and gag. The rebels put on their gas masks, sinking away into the smoke...

Breaching The Palace

An ever-evolving, grandiose piece of film score for a high-octane sci-fi film that doesn't exist.

One Last Run

This is a light-hearted orchestral piece I did for a friend's unfinished game back in 2023. While the game was made as an elaborate inside joke that wasn't taking itself too seriously, I took the chance to practice my composition without the stress of making it sound professional, which was a great joy :)

This is a driving, electronica piece I did for a friend's unfinished game back in 2023. It goes in tandem with the Fairy Town Theme.

Both the town theme and boss fight are working with the same base melody, and their drastic style difference was done intentionally to create a fun dynamic within the game.

This is a track I wrote for a friend for her video game that she described as Runescape-like. I wanted to play with that old electronic sound so I incorporated some carefully chosen synthesizers at the beginning to help open us up into a wider, orchestral space. 

I really enjoyed building this out and flipping into a different vibe for the B section, it was very fun.

This was an incomplete idea I came up with as a main theme for my friend's game. Much of what  I wrote here informed the writing in the Light Forest / Adventure track, flipping that darkness on its head a little. It's also in 5/4, how fun :)

Written for a D&D character of mine, this was originally composed with the choir in mind, but I've done an alternate version on strings here that brings out some warmth to it. Kept very brief and simple, this touches upon some of the isolation within Kiana's story.
