“Hotline” came from blending who I am with where I’ve been.
Living in South Africa for a year changed how I hear rhythm 
their jazz and afro house scenes move like stories.
My Latino roots bring the percussion: bongos, congas, natural drum textures.
But I’m also always an angry person ;  so the track moves with tension,
growling bass stabs, sudden bursts, and moments that almost argue back.

Down On It was pure fun to make.
It started as a small test — just me experimenting,
seeing how far I could chop my workflow into micro pieces.
What came out felt alive — glitchy, bouncy,
and way more flexible than I expected.
I genuinely enjoyed this one.
