Story
The Sword. Chronicle of the Silent Flame
In the confines of time, when the gods still argued in tongues of fire, a sword was born that cut not flesh, but destiny.
They called it Aizkora Iluna, the Dark Axe, though its shape was that of a longsword, forged in the crater of a meteorite that fell upon the Urkiola Mountains. Its blade did not shine: it absorbed the light, as if the night itself had melted into its steel.
Origin
The sword was created by Koldur, a blind blacksmith who listened to the whispers of the cosmos. Every blow of his hammer was guided by the voices of the ancestors, and every fold of the metal held a fragment of forgotten history. Koldur did not seek power, but balance. But upon its completion, the sword chose its own path.
The Bearer
Centuries later, in a land divided by kingdoms and shadows, Lur was born, a young shepherdess who dreamed of stars. One day, while searching for his lost sheep, he found the sword stuck in a mossy rock. As he touched it, his arm became covered with living runes, and his voice took on the tone of thunder.
The sword didn't obey commands. It only answered questions. And each time Lur wielded it, he had to ask a true question: What must I sacrifice? Who am I without fear? Can love survive duty?
The Silent War
In time, Lur became a legend. Not for the battles he won, but for those he avoided. The sword could stop armies, but only if the wielder understood the price. In a final confrontation against the Three Moons Empire, Lur buried the sword in the heart of a mountain, sealing it with his own blood.
