Who am I?  

In order for me  to  stay grounded, mindful and  remain  self  aware of self and  my environment,  I rely on my faith in God as the pillar on which to cling, at all  times and be  reminded  that I am never alone. 
 
My spirituality, enables me to tap into the core of  my  authentic self, and therefore activate the significance of self care in order to  regulate,  through allowing  myself to create space for my system to open itself to my senses,intuition, and mindful,  so that  I am centred  well enough to  be alert, aware,  become creative and become a purposeful  individual. 

Through self care, I am able  to be more mindful and creativity  through meditation, having  moments of silence and listening  to the body exercise, good night sleep and planning ahead, and walks in the park, I feel  like I  become one with nature... 

I'm a prolific journal writer, which allows me to off load..   and ultimately one  could argue, that  writing a journal is an act of self love.  

All of the above,  have enabled  me to  become  purposeful and have  helped  shape the  individual  that  I am today and  aspire to continue  unlocking where I am at in  God's plan  and help   cultivate the best version  of myself, by letting God to be true.
