Die Vibes Ambassadors feiern 8 Jahre bewegte Crewgeschichte und tischen wie gewohnt vielfältig auf. Kredenzt werden gemischte Platten bestehend aus Serrato Schinken, funghi Grooves, cheesy Kaselines und Cuts Carpaccio.
An drehenden Kochplatten treten die Feinschmecker des russisch Raclette miteinander an und servieren basshafte Beat-Häppchen. 17 Köche, allesamt natürlich mit den nötigen Michelin-Sternchen versehen, werden dem Namen haute cuisine heute alle Ehre erweisen. 6 Live-Köche , 11 Einzelkochkünstler, die Banda Ambassada und la Famiglia inszenieren euch ein feuriges Spektakel und bunte Gaukeleien liefern den dazu passenden Augenschmaus. Auch junges Blut soll an diesem Abend gefördert werden und so gibt es auch noch einen Nachwuchscontest, dessen GewinnerIn sich am Dessert probieren darf. Die Decks sind getischt, an die Plattenteller und los.

About Ratz-Baddz:
Bei Ratz-Baddz begann alles im Alter von 14 Jahren, als sich eine fixe Idee manifestierte und er sich seine ersten Turntables zulegte, um Schallplatten zu hören. Auf der Suche nach anderen Musikbegeisterten lernte er DJ Paloma kennen. Es entstanden erste Homesessions, wo sie sich gegenseitig ihre neu erstandenen Schätze vorspielten (diese wurden meist in ihrem Lieblingsplattenladen auf der Karli erworben, dem Saba Record Store). Regelmäßiger Gast war MC Twyk und so beschlossen sie, im Jahr 2006 ein Soundsystem nach jamaikanischem Vorbild zu gründen.
Zuerst war die musikalische Basis Reggae und Dancehall, doch schnell wurde das Repertoire auf Drum & Bass und Ragga-Jungle erweitert. Musikalisch erstreckt sich Ratz-Baddz' Musikstil heute von Ragga-Jungle und Reggae bis hin zu Elektro-Swing und Balkanbrass. Dabei liegt ihm sehr am Herzen, die Vielseitigkeit der Musik zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Seine Highlights waren die GlobalSpaceOdyssey, Support für David Rodigan im Conne Island, Break the Fake und die Fyah and Vibes-Tour zusammen mit Manja.
Seit geraumer Zeit versucht er sich daran, selber Musik zu produzieren und Musikstile wie Balkan und DnB sowie Swing und HipHop zu vereinen.

"My Way" (featuring Joe Dukie of Fat Freddies Drop) is the second official single from the debut album 'Getting Closer' by CLOSE, a new production alias from producer, DJ and label owner Will Saul.

"For me Joe Dukie has one of the best voices on the planet so it was a bit of dream come true to get to work with him. I worked with Fink in his studio in Brighton where we recorded his band (drummer and bass player) - the instrumental is all live and one take. We then sent this over to Dallas (Joe Dukie) and he sent back his vocals. Midland and Dusky are part of my core crew at Aus and really hitting their stride at the moment so natural choices for remixers for this single" CLOSE

The "My Way" single (which also includes remixes from Dusky, Midland & Tanner Ross) will be out June 24th. 

The <i>Getting Closer</i> album comes out June 11th on !K7 Records.
