Don't Let It Happen Again

A year ago today I released my first album S-4, a concept album following the sinking of a US submarine titled USS S-4 (SS-109) back on December 17th, 1927. The album is written to tell stories at once, capturing the last moments of the men who perished in the accident, and my own journey through life thus far. A year later, in 1928, S-4 was brought up from the sea and recommissioned, later participating in the rescue of another submarine accident where they were able to save everyone on board.
Even if it's not always the answer you are looking for, hope is always there.
This New Years I will be releasing a mastered version of S-4, as well as a new single titled 1928.

Commissioned by St. Mark's Presbyterian Church in Tucson, AZ. This piece is inspired by the writings, visions, and works of St. Hildegard von Bingen. The Latin text comes from St. Hildegard and fragments of her composition are hidden throughout the piece. Premiered May 11, 2019 with Angelica Dunsavage, mezzo-soprano, Barbara Freischlad, percussion, and Jared Isaac Aragón, organ.
