In July 2007, Lama Lhanang Rinpoche hosted a five-day monlam (prayer festival) at Tsolong Pemakod, Repkong, Tibet, at which over 400 yogis and yoginis practiced Zhitro (108 Peaceful and Wrathful Deity Practice) dedicated to world peace through inner peace.  I helped Lama-la organize and produce this auspicious activity, and thanks to Lama's kindness, had the great good fortune of attending and participating in the monlam.  Every day, we would practice from 4:30 am until nearly 8:00 pm.  At the close of each day's practice, we would chant this melody of Om Mani Peme Hung -- the mantra of compassion -- to send love and peace to all beings, in all realms.  The tune touched my heart deeply.  Shortly after returning from Tibet, I recorded it so as not to forget . . . and so it could be shared with and touch the hearts of others as well.  May all beings be free from suffering!
