Had always wanted to take a stab at doing my own cutting and arranging of the infamous "Amen" breakbeat if anybody knows what i'm even talking about. i hope to do it again in the future that shit seriously takes FOREVER to make. this one features samples from "Animal House" and King Tubby. The bass line is totally biting from a song by Tulsa OK's Tae Meyulks. you should check them too.

Sampled from two of my other projects on this one- the iLLs, a band i played drums for yrs ago, and the hook is from my song Come Back to Me that you can listen to on my page. MCs and rappers: i can rearrange vs and chorus lengths as well as breaks if need be.
