It is akin to a shamanic journey, where rhythm, repetitive melodies, and sound effects transport the listener into an otherworldly space.

"New Dark Age" is a kind of bridge between a technogenic civilization and primal, archaic sensations that still dwell deep within us.
We provide the key to these sensations—now it's up to you to decide whether to open the door.

This is my submission to the #kvraudio #OneSynthChallenge #195 featuring the VST Synth Ragnaroek by FullBucket. 
All sounds are coming from the Synth acompanied by a number of moderate tone shaping, mixing and mastering fx. I Mix/Master with MeldaProduction EQ/Compressor, Auburn Lense, Loudmax Limiter. All fx free or built into the DAW. DAW is Bitwig 5.3.x. No Samples. No Postprocessing after the audio export.

Ragnarök 2 by Full Bucket and Crimson Warlock

Last encountered in OSC70 this synth is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. Ragnarök 2 is an update of this unique synth simulating a custom-built one-of-a-kind analog synthesizer from 1980. It is written in native C++ code for high performance and low CPU consumption.

Ragnarök is the collaborative work of Hans Peter aka CrimsonWarlock aka TechnoGremlin (synth concept, GUI design, user manual, patch programming) and Björn aka Full Bucket (DSP+GUI+patch programming). "ELEMENT" is a focused, atmospheric EP built around a simple but powerful declaration: “I’m in my element.” Each track represents a different force of nature—Earth, Water, Air, and Fire—mirroring four states of being that shape creativity, purpose, and identity. J. English blends ambient textures, rhythmic depth, and meditative hip-hop energy to turn these elements into a sonic experience.

This EP is about finding balance, understanding your power, and recognizing that every season of life calls for a different version of you. Sometimes you need to stay grounded. Sometimes you need to flow. Sometimes you need to rise. And sometimes you need to burn bright.
