I cant seem to finish anything recently so here's a demo of what I've been up to recently.  I don't have any reverb or compression on this track.  It's all raw, dynamic, and real and very unfinished.  I blame it on too much Bill Frisell in my life last summer.

D/C-I Got Love (Draft34 Remix)

This was commissioned for a dance performance.  The choreographer started working with the Aqualung song and asked if I could do anything with it.  I selected the left channel and distorted the vocal a little bit.  I didn't know what I was going to do with the chorus and after trying a whole bunch of things and having nothing work, I just let it go through the saturator I already had on the track... and was surprised that liked it.  
The second half is an original composition that I made to slowly build up and layer pretty things together to try to contrast the angsty first half.  However, my choreographer wanted to to be angrier, so I took everything that was pretty about it and ran it through the same kind of distortion at the climax.
I plan to develop "Against You/Without You" into a full length song so think of this as a preview of coming attractions as well as a piece that stands on its own
