In 2006, GSD entered the Bacardi DJ competition as 'Discodaver', representing the hard dance genre. Finishing in the top 6, of over 8000 entries, he
had the greatest opportunity to work with queen of hard house Lisa Pin-Up. In her London studio, they remixed the competition track entry, added a music video and it was eventually aired on MTV Dance for one week.

Approached by Supreme Dance Records in 2007, GSD spent the next few years playing around with Reason, and trying to find a direction in which
to take his music. 

Released by Supreme Dance Records in 2009 to spend more time devoted to a new baby boy, GSD was determined to get back behind the music as soon as possible and in 2010, was approached by Singer/Songwriter Mark Ruebery and LPW Records to work on a track from his Album 'Because of You'. Mark was looking for a new type of sound and offered up one of his tracks. After listening to the album, GSD knew which track would possibly be 'the One'! Fade Away which was released on August 2011 was a nice blend of synth and vocal. 

So look out for more music from GSD real soon.
