This is not the same RDJ account from 8+ years ago. The original account that was confirmed to be Richard is user48736353001. That old account is empty now, just 7000+ followers and 0 tracks.  This account appears to have the same name, but if you look at the URL, it’s actually user48736353001-3. So someone created another account with a similar name, then changed the displayed name to match his old username.
