Kollektiv Turmstrasse is a Hamburg based duo, for indoors and for open air, for the soul and for the dance floor, for you and for me. They have released on Connaisseur, Diynamic, Cocoon, Ostwind, and have also been working on their own label, Musik Gewinnt Freunde, which they started in 2006.

J.M.F is a joint venture consisting of Dresdens Jacob Korn and Leipzigs Good Guy Mikesh & Filburt with both of them throwing in their special secret powers: the analog house feeling and the big bass drum from Jacob and the great melodies and a certain fluffiness from Mikesh and Filburt. Together they howled with the coyotes deep down in the notorious uncanny valley and created two sparkling tracks Philip Dolphia check out the bossy flute and At The Ranch. Lauer (from Artwo Mwambe and Tuff City Kids fame, who just released his ace debut album on Running Back) took a big sip of firewater for his remix and scalps At The Ranch into a raw romantic tearjerker, Elektro meets Rimini Style.

It goes without saying that we love Axel Boman as his weird and wonderful take on house music has soothed our ears for years. 

His remix of 'Love Apparel' takes things deeper than the original by using serene backing synths, melodies that ooze melancholia and a bassline that although dense, adds another level of dreaminess to the cut.

Here's the first take i made live for Isola. I love the sound of the tape, the way it removes all the digital digital glitches and make the lowend sounds so warm.  This version is definitely my favorite. It's unmastered and fits the headphones listening way better :)

12 months after the debut album of Piotr Bejnar was released, we achieved gathering 4 remixes from this album. Piotr turned to the artists he most admired and who stated for him as great authorities. The record starts with a beautiful remix of the song "Bagieta" made by Ada from Pampa records. Second track is a dance version of the "Jellyfish" made by Piotr Bejnar himself. The third artist on the record is Piotr's idol from many years - Frivolous. To this one Piotr stood up to since childhood as a long- term fan of Frivolous, buying his albums and tracking his path. And now as for the crowning of the record - stands an artist closely related to Otake records – Kalipo with a total dance floor banger remix of “Jellyfish”

From tomorrow you will find records in most Polish vinyl stores. From next week we launch foreign distribution. Vinyls will be available on decks, juno, etc.

Piotr Bejnar - Pachniesz Owocami (Frivolous Remix)

With a string of varied and exceptional releases on Hivern Discs, Permanent Vacation, Young Turks and Counter, remixing the likes of The xx, Chairlift, The Rapture, Prins Thomas and John Talabot as well as DJing around the world, @Pional has been keeping very busy indeed.

Not too busy to add a @phonicarecords release onto his ever expanding list of output though! We're delighted to premiere ‘One Night Stand’ which is a bumping, stripped back and moody club track. Ghostly vocals float above metallic pads rising to a release of energy and emotion. Definitely one for those sweaty heads down strobes on the dancefloor moments!!!
