Steve Schlei and Kevin Schlei are improvising on the ipad app TC-11 created by Kevin Schlei (Bit Shape).  Hal Rammel is improvising on crackle box, developed by Michel Waisvisz at STEIM/Amsterdam in the mid 1970s. This site features work by Hal Rammel in various solo, duo, trio, and ensemble performances.  

Hal Rammel has been designing and building musical instruments since the 1970s and explores these unique sound sources in the context of both improvisation and composition.  He has released work on the CD label Penumbra Music, along with various projects on Atavistic, Crouton and Soutrane.
