The Memories of this recording are still very fresh in my mind. We (Varun Ramakrishnan and me) sat together to do this recording, one fine afternoon ,for our college dance team (Eastern) who were gearing up for the cultural competition "Spandhan - 2008" @ JIPMER,Pondichery. Our dance team won the show in a grand style with their stylish performance and teamwork. The complete editing part for this song was done by Varun for which he has to be complemented. Thanks Varun Ramakrishnan , Aishwarya Kg and all other who were so supportive..!

This is a song version of an instrumental composed by Vijay Kannan few months back. The lyrics (written in Tamil) and vocals are by Uma Ramasubramaniam.

This song is being uploaded to celebrate the sixth anniversary of Raga Surabhi. This song is a lullaby, a special one at that, set in raga Sahana, the translation of which is given in the song description. Please do share with your friends, family and social circle.
